Collaterals and Branding
-Working on the branding kits (Which includes logos, brand story, market trend analysis etc)
-Working on the physcial collaterals (Menu folders, decor, printed branding, color theme of the restaurant etc)
-Arrange menu shoots, concept shoots etc
Phase 2:
To Create an Online Presence:
-Set up GBP for the restaurant.
-Created listing for the google maps
-Added photos and videos for the outlet on google
-Created brand new Social Media A/cs and setup Meta Ad accounts and Business Suite
-Website listing with menu (SEO/SEM)
-Activating digital camapigns. (Scaling from google ads to meta ads depending on the budget)
-Listing your brand with aggregators like (zomato, Talabat, Careem, Cobone, Groupon)
Phase 3:
Preparing for the Launch
-Preping your guest list for the grand opening (Invited the major magazines and media houses like Time out, Yallah Abu Dhabi, Lovin Abu Dhabi, Best Bites, FACT Magazine, What's On etc)
-Working on the food tasting and entertainments
-Getting in touch with Press and magazines
-Budgeting for the sponsored placements for the opening (In this case we went with Best bites)
-Strategic Collaborations with influencers and bloggers. (You want to reach to as many as you can to get the right exposure.)
Phase 4:
Continued Digital Presence and Brand Collaborations
-Schedule your social media posts (2-3/week frequency)
-Collaborating on giveaway campaigns with influencers (Niche: Food and travel)
-Showcase your team and food preparations.
-Maximizing your reach through re-targeting (Email and Whatsapp Marketing)

All the paid campaigns created us first party data which was again used to retarget those clients. Connecting the leads with a CRM system allows you to do that.
Leveraging Marketing distrubution system which was currently available maximized the reach. Collaborating with the excisting parent page (Hotels SM Page) made sure to revert the engagement to the new a/c
Additionally verified the new profiles to build trust within the consumers and boost visibility.
